Crystal Bowl Sound MOVING Meditation for Nervous System Wellbeing (where meditation = movement)

  • Neurodiversity Community Center 100 West Cleveland Street Lafayette, CO, 80026 United States (map)

Your nervous system will thank you!

This is a special experience designed to move your body to release energy and regulate your nervous system. Experience the benefits of meditation within a safe and welcoming container. Join a group setting where meditation means movement!

Movement, fidgeting, and sounds are welcome and encouraged. This is not your average meditation!

Experience the calming and soothing effects of quartz singing bowls tuned to the body’s chakras.

The crystal bowl sound meditation begins with a 30-minute immersion into the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls. You will be led from the root chakra to the crown, followed by a pattern of sounds produced to align and support nervous system regulation.

The experience continues with a 20-minute guided meditation with music incorporating breathwork, loving visualization, body awareness, and even introducing a short mantra, creating an overall sense of safety and wellbeing.

The session concludes with a short 10-minute integration of the experience.

This experience is limited to 10 adults.

Meditation mats, blankets, and pillows are included for 6 floor spaces (should you choose to sit or recline) at $30 per person.
